This sign reminds me of some of the work going on while I was at the University of Montana art school. By some standards it's museum quality. :) They got the gesture of the dog just right.
I noticed on my walks that there was dog poo everywhere. Strange because I didn't see too many dogs.
Here is a sign at a school yard in Montana. I wonder if they hired an artist from the University to make this one?
