ReplyDeleteI like both Italian and Roquefort dressings. . . .you're in huckleberry country so you have access to Lighthouse's Huckleberry Dressing. You can make a mean spinach salad by tossing baby spinach or spring greens with cut-up nectarines and huckleberry dressing. You must dust a bit of freshly ground pepper on top though.
I'm not a big salad fan but that one is one of my favorites.
Such a very strange quirk... and one that I'd never heard of before!! Just makes you original, I suppose!
