Hope you don't mind, I downloaded your first pic cuz when I saw it, I let out this sort of appreciative "mmmmm" sound. It's really beautiful. I'm looking forward to skiing too. I might even be able to go tomorrow afternoon. But nordic.. not alpine.
I love nordic skiing too. Yes you should be good to go with all that snow. I have to go up on the pass but the snowmobiles have taken over the ski track there.
