Hauling water

Decided to go on a ski trip to Montana. Here's a picture of my friend Curt going down to the lake to get some water. (Yes,.. I have a friend..) The bay was frozen over in places. I haven't seen that for a while. I've been wanting to go out on the canoe but that will have to wait I guess.

It looks cold!

I wonder what's been running over the ice. They must be enjoying the extra room.

There were geese on the ice. I got a picture of them landing but this one was a better photo. They have plenty of room to fly and play, or whatever it is that geese do.

I can see where you walked, and where he walked.. it's cool what different paths we make in the snow. Sure looks different there!

Except for the ice, it's like this a lot. The water is only up for a few months in the summer so I'm used to seeing the lake down like this. In a way I like it like this as much as in the summer when it's up. There are far less people around.

Soon, oh yes very soon. That is a very printable shot; so unusual.

I like it when the water is down. Less people around and I like the feeling of walking on the rocks. I used to do that a lot when I was a kid.
