That is funny, unless you are the person who steps in what is left behind!
This sign reminds me of some of the work going on while I was at the University of Montana art school. By some standards it's museum quality. :) They got the gesture of the dog just right.
I noticed on my walks that there was dog poo everywhere. Strange because I didn't see too many dogs.
