The Spokane River has flooded and gone over the bike path. I've seen the river flood over the path a couple of times but never as high as this. Coeur d Alene Lake has also flooded and it's all the way into the parking lot at the resort. I'll have to go in a different direction for my bike rides for a while.Thursday, May 22, 2008

The Spokane River has flooded and gone over the bike path. I've seen the river flood over the path a couple of times but never as high as this. Coeur d Alene Lake has also flooded and it's all the way into the parking lot at the resort. I'll have to go in a different direction for my bike rides for a while.

That water doesn't look like something you'd want to get stuck in.
It doesn't look very deep right there but it goes down a couple of feet. And that's enough to get my feet wet.
