Loosing weight

I'm starting to loose some weight. I've gone from 194 to 190. I'll set my sights for 185 first and then try to get down from there. Small portions and more miles. Yesterday I ate a bowl of cereal for breakfast and sandwich for lunch. I ate half of a powerbar while I was riding. For dinner a few pieces of cheese and some pretzles. I'm also getting a bicycle tan. I'd say a farmer tan, but farmers and cowboys usually don't wear shorts.

Wow!

I like to eat too much to do any sort of drastic diet/exercise training.

I'm not as serious as I could be, but I don't eat very much. I've been thinking about making a pizza however. That won't be good for my program!

You look pretty lean in those beach photos. I don't think you need any diet or training.

Let's try this again . . . .

Thanks! :) You're very kind. I have an "apple shaped" body that I tend to feel self-conscious about. Western standards of "health" and "beauty" are so warped.

I have pizza and fried food cravings every now and then too. I usually can't resist the call of pizza. Although pizza could be made "healthier" if you get a veggie-heavy pizza.

Have you ever been to MacKenzie River Pizza Company? I think they have one in Missoula. I recommend their lodgepoles, and their Polynesian and Athenian pizzas.

I haven't been to that Pizza place. I don't spend as much time in Missoula as I'd like.

I make my own pizza here from scratch including the crust. This one I just sliced tomatoes on it instead of sauce and it had three kinds of cheese and sliced hot peppers.

You are beautiful Diane.

My pizza also had Italian parsley and olives on it.
